``enter_bug.cgi`` field works -- e.g. ``blocked`` (blocks), ``dependson`` (depends
on), ``see_also``. The same key may repeat to pass multiple values.
A prefilled form carries the whole description percent-encoded in its query
string, which puts the URL past the length at which a terminal stops linkifying
it, so pasting one into a chat reply leaves the reader an unclickable wall of
``%20``. This opens the form and prints only a one-line confirmation, falling
back to the URL when no browser can be found. ``webbrowser`` is cross-platform,
so this works on Linux, macOS, and Windows.
